The successful candidate will likely have the following skills:

• Will have completed a substantial number of BER certs
• Excellent knowledge of materials of construction and building services
• Outgoing personality and customer engagement skills
• A high level of attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Flexibility and drive to complete work assignments to committed deadlines
• Capacity to handle a high volume of workload and complete accurately

Salary Negotiable + Commission or Contract basis will be considered
